Celler Vell is a company dedicated exclusively to the production of artisanal and ecological cava, which safeguards the family tradition of the early 20th century, based on the cultivation of our property's vineyards located in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia.

In 1954, Pere Estruch i Casanovas, with a long winemaking family tradition, founded Celler Vell - Estruch in the center of the town. After years of intense dedication and perseverance, the company grew and, at the end of the 80s, managed to move the winery to its current location.

Today his sons, Pere and Josep Maria, continue to improve the production process and implement organic farming in all the products, to guarantee excellent and differentiated quality.

In an idyllic setting, surrounded by vineyards and with magnificent views over Sant Sadurní, Celler Vell carries out a rigorously artisan production and aging process, with profound respect for the environment, as evidenced by its organic production certifications.

The wineries have received numerous awards that attest to our good work:
